The stairliftsdoctor.co.uk website is wholly owned by the Castle Comfort Group. It is overseen and controlled by Dr Neil Stirling who is a voluntary member of the Group’s administrative team. All advice offered by Dr Stirling or any of his colleagues is given without accepting legal responsibility should business be placed by any of the companies to which you may be referred. All advice is given in good faith without any suggestion that the Castle Comfort Group or Dr Stirling himself are entering into any contractual liability. It is suggested that alternative quotes and opinions are obtained from other sources, before making decisions in order to make further comparisons – especially with regards to price and availability of products involved.

Website
Our website www.stairliftsdoctor.co.uk collects some generic information automatically; this is statistical information only. The data gathered lets us know when and how much traffic a web page gets. Internet IP addresses are also logged for security purposes.

This information does not include visitor identities or any personal data, and we will never combine this generic information with any personal information.

Customers
We may log calls and emails to enable us to monitor the performance of companies and to build up a bank of frequently asked questions. We may ask for your name, telephone number and / or email address to enable appropriate follow up. We will not process this information for any other purpose.

We provide leaflets on a range of topics. If you request copies we will only use your name and address / email address for the purpose of sending them to you.
